Choices is the order of the day, try and take a deep breath because too many choices can make us feel scattered and anxious, and maybe take a step back and come back to the choice when your heart is beating in a steady rhythm. Trust that you have the capabilities to make the right choice in each moment and sometimes once we have made a choice we cling to it for dear life, perhaps out of a fear of failure.
