When I woke up Brigid was stirring porridge in a pot over the fire, it smelled so good.
She said yes you can eat, but first you must stretch.
So I stretched my body with some moves that felt right, and then I ate the porridge to which Brigid had added fresh chopped strawberries.
She then told me I had to concentrate my diet on all red fresh fruits and vegetables for at least a week, plenty of water and fresh nuts and seeds also.
So today that is what I’ve done, felt vibrant, gardened, shopped for fresh fruit and veges and felt pretty damn amazing
